TASTE OF BORDEAUX 2027 - 2 Rooms Left

2 Rooms Left

Join us for an immersive journey into one of the world’s most storied wine regions.  This curated Bordeaux experience goes well beyond the tasting room, offering privileged access to premium wine estates, exceptional food, and the cultural richness that has shaped the region for centuries.

Over the course of the tour, we explore Bordeaux’s great appellations through a thoughtful lens: visiting renowned châteaux alongside lesser seen estates, tasting wines in situ with the people who make them.

Days are balanced with time at the table with a house chef to prepare meals in our elegant villa, Michelin-star experience, bistros, and countryside settings where local cuisine and great bottles are meant to be shared.

Cultural exploration is woven throughout the journey, including an underground tour of St. Emilion, an optional day to visit a couple castles and a day on the coast to soak in salt air and local oysters.

For those wishing to extend the adventure, an optional two-day add-on to Cognac offers a deeper dive into France’s most celebrated brandy region.

THE TASTE OF SOUTH AFRICA

SOLD OUT

Set between the meeting point of two oceans and some of the world’s most dramatic wine landscapes, this journey through South Africa’s Western Cape is designed as a deep, immersive exploration of place. Over the course of the week, we move beyond headline wineries to uncover the region’s layered story. A story where old vines, progressive farming, and a new generation of chefs and winemakers are redefining what the Cape can be. Expect thoughtful tastings, memorable meals rooted in local produce, and time to absorb the scenery that shapes it all: rugged coastlines, mountain passes, and vineyard valleys that feel both ancient and electric. This is not a checklist tour, but a considered experience of wine, food, and landscape, revealing why the Western Cape has become one of the most compelling gastronomic regions in the world. $4195 (double occupancy).

An add-on safari option will be available as of March.
