From coastal kitchens to northern finesse and rare indigenous grapes, each event is designed to help guests taste, compare, and understand what makes every region unique. Expect a welcoming atmosphere where curiosity is encouraged and your food and wine vocabulary grows one glass and one bite at a time.

From intimate dinners to open-format tastings, every event is designed to help you explore with confidence. Guided evenings offer thoughtful pairings and simple, practical cues on style, structure, and what to look for in the glass. Open-format sessions invite you to circulate, compare wines side by side, and discover new bottles through relaxed conversation. Along the way, you will meet sommeliers, producers, import agents, and regional ambassadors who bring the stories behind the wines to life. It is an easy, welcoming way to deepen your appreciation and discover personal favourites you will recognize again.
Gusto takes place Monday, June 22 through Sunday, June 28, 2026. The week features a guided Italian wine class, a series of regional dinners, a roaming Aperitivo evening, two Grand Wine Tasting sessions on Saturday, and Sunday cooking demonstrations. Each event has its own venue and format, so you can join for one night or follow the full arc of the festival across the week.
